COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Von Duprin 887TP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Waco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the SSW06070T227ESZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1D0240100A04LN manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSE by Manufacturer Waco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Welker Brand WS6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weldon such as KA6411C equipment made by Weldon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weldon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weldon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7905 made by Wagner as well as the popular P367A original spares produced by Vutek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 894051835 by Warner--Swasey and KA6411C spares by Weldon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TK670iQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weinview. |
